The 67th Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF) was held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA, from August 7 through 11, 2011. The topic was Rethinking the role of the state: Responses to recent challenges.

The scientific committee was chaired by Ruud de Mooij (International Monetary Fund).

The local organising committee was chaired by Joel Slemrod (University of Michigan). The University of Michigan was also the hosting university.
